* convert bash vars to {} for mac

* fix bug when current working dir has a space in it
* also create .tgz from system and userdata
* remove accelerometer config when generating tar (/data/misc/akmd_set.txt)
* rename data to userdata (but support old data.img backups too!)
* investigate additionally using tar and eraseall for backups on the phone itself (+ restores in recovery)
